Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fido Academy understands that, sometimes, plans change. If you can no longer make it to a class or workshop, please email us in advance at support.fidoacademy@fidogroups.com.

Refunds will be made as per the policies mentioned below. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality, as with everything we do at Fido Academy.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all the courses offered by Fido Academy.

Cancellations before course commencement

If the student cannot attend the course and requests a refund before the course commencement date, the decision about the refund will be made after assessing the situation of the client and the company. Fido Academy holds the right to reject or process a partial or full refund of the course fee.

Withdrawals during the course

  • If the student wishes to withdraw from the course after attending the first session, the student will not be eligible for any refund.
  • During the course, If the student is unable to follow our course schedule or unable to attend the course due to personal reasons, the student will not be eligible for any refund.

Transfers to another batch

  • You are free to change your batch at any point in time before the commencement of the course, with no additional cost.
  • If for any reason, the student is unable to continue or complete the course, we would be happy to reschedule in a different batch of the same course, at additional cost.
  • Additional charges are applicable if you opt for a customized session or one to one session.

Cancellations or rescheduling by Fido Academy

  • Fido Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Fido Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to rescheduling or cancellation of a scheduled class.

NOTE:

  • All cancellation, rescheduling, and substitution requests must be notified to us by email at support.fidoacademy@fidogroups.com.
  • The student is not eligible for refunds if the student has accessed and downloaded the course material.
  • Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance.
  • Fido Academy may modify its refund policy at any time without notice, provided however that the refund policy in effect at the time of any transaction shall apply to such purchase despite any subsequent change in such policy.
  • If you do not notify us in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the training, you would not be offered a refund, nor the option to reschedule.
  • Taxes and additional service costs will not be refunded when cancellation is done by the student.
